What happens if the DJ gets sick or has an emergency on my event date?
We understand this is a major concern for our clients. We maintain a network of professional backup DJs who are familiar with our systems and standards. In the extremely rare event of an emergency, we guarantee a qualified replacement DJ will be at your event. We also keep backup equipment for all rentals and services. Your signed contract guarantees professional entertainment for your event, not just a specific person. We’ve never missed an event in our years of operation, and we don’t plan to start.

What areas of Colorado do you serve, and do you charge travel fees?
We serve all of Colorado! We’re based in Colorado Springs and regularly perform from Fort Collins to Pueblo, Denver to Grand Junction, and all mountain resort towns in between. We include free travel within 50 miles of Colorado Springs. Beyond that, we charge a reasonable travel fee based on distance and whether overnight accommodation is required. For mountain venues like Aspen, Vail, or Steamboat Springs, we’ll provide a clear travel quote upfront. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises.
Can you provide music for different parts of our venue simultaneously?
Yes! For events requiring music in multiple locations—like a ceremony in the garden, cocktails on the patio, and reception in the ballroom—we offer multi-zone sound solutions. This might involve separate sound systems for each area or a distributed system we can control remotely. We coordinate timing to ensure smooth transitions as guests move between spaces. This is especially popular for large corporate events and elaborate weddings. We’ll assess your venue during our planning process and recommend the best setup for seamless coverage.
