Music & Content

I maintain a curated library of radio-edit and clean versions of all songs. Before your event, I review the entire playlist with your event coordinator. I never play explicit content at school events - period. If a student requests a song with explicit lyrics, I either play the clean version or skip it entirely.
Absolutely. I love student involvement. However, every request goes through my clean music filter. I'll play the clean version if available, or politely let them know if a song isn't appropriate for the event. Most students understand and appreciate the approach.
Current hits that students actually want to hear - just the clean versions. I also mix in classic dance tracks, throwbacks, and crowd favorites. Before each event, I ask for input from your student council or event committee to make sure I'm hitting the right vibe.

Pricing & Booking

Schools need predictable budgets. Flat-rate packages give you a clear number for your budget request - no surprises. The packages are designed around typical event lengths: 2 hours for middle school, 3 hours for homecoming, 4 hours for prom.
A 50% deposit secures your date. For schools, I can work with your purchase order process. Final payment is due two weeks before the event. I provide proper invoicing and can work with your district's payment requirements.
Yes. Schools that book multiple events in a school year receive 10% off subsequent bookings. If you're booking homecoming and prom together, we can discuss package pricing.

Setup & Logistics

At minimum, 90 minutes before your event starts. For proms and larger events, I arrive 2 hours early. I coordinate with your facilities team and make sure everything is tested and ready before the first student arrives.
I offer an off-grid power package with generator for $500. This covers outdoor graduation ceremonies, field events, or any venue without standard power access. We'll discuss your venue specifics during planning.
Absolutely. I understand that schools have specific requirements - from background checks to vendor policies. I'm happy to complete any paperwork, provide proof of insurance, and coordinate with your administration.

Working With Schools

Yes. I've worked events for schools in DPS, Cherry Creek, Jeffco, Douglas County, and Aurora districts. I understand the local school culture and have experience working with student councils, parent volunteers, and school administrators.
Usually the activities director or event coordinator. I'm happy to meet with student council advisors, parent committees, or whoever is organizing the event. I can attend planning meetings virtually or in person.
I understand that school schedules can change. Date changes are free with 30 days notice. For cancellations, your deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the event. I try to be flexible because I know schools deal with unpredictable situations.
