These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Thriller Event Group website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Payments
- Retainer: A non-refundable retainer ($500 typical) is required to secure your date. No date is reserved until the retainer is paid and the contract is signed.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of services.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Client Cancellation: If you cancel your event more than 90 days prior to the event date, any payments made specifically towards the balance (excluding the non-refundable retainer) may be refunded. Cancellations within 90 days of the event are non-refundable.
Force Majeure: In the event of an Act of God, pandemic, or other force majeure event, we will work with you to reschedule services to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
3. Service Provisions
Access & Power: The Client must ensure the venue provides adequate power (dedicated 20amp circuit preferred) and safe access for equipment setup at least 2 hours prior to the start time.
Safety: We reserve the right to pause or cancel services if the environment becomes unsafe for our staff or equipment (e.g., severe weather for outdoor setups, aggressive guests).
